in District Transformation Programme –
Dare To Change towards excellence thru the leadership, which is the first dimention in Professional Learning
Community. The
success to develop the culture of PLC has brought the integration in various
parties in PPDKK; Officers, Head Teachers, Teachers, Parents, students and the public communities such as non-government
organizations.
The Charms of every
leaderwould create innovation and best practices thru learning and Improving to transform the
organisation and enhance the quality communities. Professionalism in leadership
works to boost the positive outcomes or impactsin an educationorganisation. The
development and sustainability of PLC would bring an effective impact towards
the transformation journey in PPDKK to improve the outcomes, provide a better
support and strengthen the leadership capabilities. Hence, Leader’s Charm is moving towards greater organization operational
and equips the engagement and support in learning community. The leadership
performed will be the examples and transformation of leaders in PPDKK.
